Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have arrested three suspects believed to be part of a gang that has been drugging and robbing unsuspecting revellers in Nairobi’s nightclubs.
The arrests were made following a tip-off by a victim who reported being drugged, robbed, and having unauthorized withdrawals made from his M-Pesa account.
The suspects, identified as Patrick Njuguna Karogi, James Kiratu, and Susan Njoki Waithira, were apprehended after a swift investigation.
The suspects are currently in custody awaiting arraignment.
