The 2024 WRC Safari Rally will kick off today, March 28th, the first Easter Safari Rally since 1998.

As per its tradition, President William Ruto is expected to flag off the cars at the KICC from 10am, before the 1st Super Special stage at Karasani at 2pm.

The Super Special stage will provide an epic battle and entertainment for fans to watch, as it’s the only stage where cars compete head-to-head on the 19 stages of the Safari.

From the Kasarani stage, which covers 4.8 km , drivers will proceed to Naivasha, where they will compete for the next 3 days.

This year’s edition will see a new champion after last year’s winner, Frenchman Sebastian Ogier, pulled out.
