Africa’s Next Supermodel in partnership with Isis Models Africa will be on the hunt for Africa’s next supermodel at the Radisson Blu Hotel on October 28 with a modelling competition.
Registration for the event is still ongoing with participants expected to be drawn from across several African countries including Rwanda, Nigeria, South Africa, Ethiopia, Burundi and Uganda.
The event which will bring together aspiring models, fashion designers, industry stakeholders and models is met to celebrate African diversity, creativity and its rich tapestry of talent. Previous winners and models represented by Isis models have come from every corner of Africa, including the Kakuma refugee camp.
“The agency is dedicated to identifying, developing, and sustaining the careers of beautiful black Models. ISIS Models is staffed by a young, fun, yet experienced and dedicated team of scouts and bookers with international experience,” Joan Okorodudu said of her modelling agency Isis.
“…We have seen young models who were in Kakuma Refugee Camp in Kenya become top models courtesy of ISIS Models Africa,” she said. Further adding, “Our focus is to raise more young talents across Africa and launch them into the international modelling space.”
The inaugural edition of Africa’s Next Super Model took place in Kigali, Rwanda, in November 2022, setting the stage for the continued success and growth of this prestigious modelling competition.
The winner of this competition is set to walk away with a $5000 cash prize.
