Technology PS Tanui to discuss Kenya’s cyber security efforts

ICT and the Digital Economy Principal Secretary John Tanui will hold discussions with the America’s prominent think tank, the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) on key topical issues touching on the Kenya’s digital security.

PS Tanui’s interview slated for Friday morning will further highlight African Cyber Security Trends amid rising threats in the cyberspace.

Tanui will be joined by Emily Harding CSIS’s Director of the Intelligence, National Security and Technology (INT) Program

His participation in the Cyber Leaders Series reflects Kenya’s commitment to enhancing its cyber security framework and fostering international cooperation to address cyber threats and its positioning to tap the global online job opportunities in the Business Processes Outsourcing (BPO) Sector.

PS Tanui’s insights will contribute to a broader understanding of how Kenya is navigating the complexities of cyber security and data protection in a rapidly evolving digital world.
