Bandari FC beat Tusker 2-1 in FKF-PL Match played at Mbaraki Grounds, Mombasa on Sunday

Tusker Fc’s 6 match winning run came to a halt after losing 1-2 to hosts Bandari Fc at Mbaraki grounds, Mombasa.

Umaru Kasumba and Juma Andrew scored a goal a piece in the 9th and 30th minutes respectively to hand the dockers the much needed win. Tusker pulled one back through Jackson Macharia’s goal in the 50th minute.

Elsewhere Sofapaka won their second match on the trot after thumping  2008 champions Mathare United 4-0 at Ruaraka grounds.

Roddy Manga put Sofapaka ahead through a penalty in the 8th minute. Sunday Ikekhai doubled the lead shortly after as Baron Oketch and Ben Stanley netted second-half goals in the 75th and 90th minutes to seal the deserved win for ‘Batoto Ba Mungu’.

Kenya Police came from behind to beat Kariobangi Sharks 2-1 at Kasarani Annex.

Sharks opened the scores via Fortune Omoto in the 14th minute but the lead didn’t last long before Elvis Rupia leveled in the 26th minute.

Marvin Nabwire sealed the win for Police in stoppage time.

At Nyayo national stadium Bidco United Fc upset AFC Leopards 4-1. Franklin  Oduor Poked home Bidco’s opening goal in the 22nd minute but Lepards leveled the scores 6 minutes later through Ojo Olaniyi.

The two sides went into the breather tied 1-1 with Bidco returning a rejuvenated side as Henry Juma grabbed a brace while Eric Shembe scored one to help their side to sealing their  second win in 7 matches handing AFC their third loss this season.
