Kirigiti to host second International Defensive Pistol Association Championship

Preparations are in high gear ahead of this year’s International Defensive Pistol Association, IPDA, championship which will be held at Kirigiti shooting range Kiambu on the 8th-9th April.
Speaking during a safety measure training exercise at the range, Sammy Onyango who heads the safety department at the range said they were eagerly waiting for the competition which is expected to attract over 200 participants drawn from the continent.
‘This year's event will attract over 200 participants compared to 2021 where there were travel limitations due to the COVID 19 pandemic that had ravaged many countries forcing travel restrictions’’, Onyango remarked.
