“In a span of 13 years, PrideInn has grown from one hotel with 28 rooms and 18 staff members to 8 hotels with 950 rooms, and over 1500 staff members.” Noorani said.

“Sayari Restaurant has already made a significant impact by creating employment opportunities that have impacted over 100 households, underscoring the company’s commitment to improving and enriching the livelihoods of Kenyans.” He said.

Adding that by providing stable jobs and fostering a supportive work environment, PrideInn is contributing to the economic growth and development of the community.

Environment sustainability

On environmental sustainability, Noorani stressed on the need for every citizen to engage in environmental sustainability saying there is already an ongoing tree planting exercise that is carried out every month by staff aimed at planting over one million trees.

“We are keen on environmental sustainability, we’ve eliminated plastic bottles, working on a solar power project to be used within our beach resorts and we use inverted air conditioning in all our hotels across the chain.” He noted.

Tourism

While acknowledging the increase in the number of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) in the country, Noorani noted that PrideInn offers a variety of cuisines from different parts of the world as well as cultures to cater for all.

“Due to the increased number of MICE Tourism in Kenya, tourists want to have cuisines that they prefer, and PrideInn is here to offer that.” Noorani noted.

He highlighted the restaurant’s commitment to quality and service excellence, its extensive à la carte menu, and the innovative Selfieccino Coffee Machine that prints guests’ photos on their coffee, making it an “Instagrammable” delight.

The MD also mentioned the themed events, such as Greek Night and Bollywood Night, and the regular Jazz nights every Friday, which add an extra layer of excitement to the dining experience.
