President William Ruto has promised to ensure equal development across the country.

Speaking during an interdenominational prayer service at Kerugoya Stadium in Kirinyaga County, President Ruto said his administration is committed to serving all Kenyans equally irrespective of how they voted during last year’s general elections. 

He said all Kenyans will feel the impact of major development projects being spearheaded by the government among them housing and agro processing. 

He said they are working on modalities that will ensure that development is driven by local resources to tame the foreign debt, urging everyone to pay their taxes. 

The President at the same time warned politicians against politicking, saying it is time to serve the common mwananchi.
