A section of Mombasa road will be closed for seven days beginning Monday (today) until January 1, 2023.
A statement from the Kenya National Highways Authority, KeNHA, says traffic to the Central Business District will be diverted between Simba Colt Motors and Panesar Centre.
This will allow for the completion of remaining works on that section of Mombasa Road.
“The temporary diversion will be put in place for a duration of seven days from Monday, December 26, 2022, to Sunday, January 1, 2023,” KeNHA said in a statement.
The Authority is therefore urging motorists to follow the guiding signage installed on the road and observe speed limits when approaching the construction site and when passing through the diversion.
