Mudavadi hails religious groups role in healthcare

Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi has lauded the significant role played by faith-based organizations in boosting the government’s effort to provide universal health to its citizens.

Mudavadi was speaking in Uthiru, Kiambu county where he had gone to witness a two-day medical camp organized by the Sri Sathya Sai International Organization.

The Prime Cabinet Secretary urged other organisations to embrace the principles of Loving all, serving all, ever helping and hurting never.

On his part, the Sri Sathya Sai International Organization Kenyan representative, Dr. SambasivaRao said the organization is looking forward to collaborating with the county governments to provide continuous medical camps across the country.

The medical caravan is a diverse composition of a team of Doctors hailing from Canada, the United States, New Zealand, Botswana, and beyond.

The medical team’s journey continues as they prepare to extend their services to Arusha, Tanzania, following their impactful work in Uthiru.
