Mozzart Bet Cup: Big guns seal round of 32 slots  

 Football Kenya Federation Premier League Clubs made minced meat of their opponents in the round 64 matches of FKF Cup,MozzartBet Cup over the weekend.

Majority of the top tier sides swept aside their rivals drawn from the lower division to make their statement as the battle for the domestic cup now angles for the round of 32.

League defending champions Gor Mahia remained oncourse for 11^th title after dismissing  Kenya School of Government FC 3-0. Goals from Onyango Samuel, Austine Odhiambo, and Bonface Omondi ensured their safe passage to the next round.

FKF Premier League side Murang’a Seal however was made to sweat for their victory gainst Division 2 side Gituru FC who held them to a 2-2 draw in regular time before clinching a 4-1 win through penalties.

Meanwhile, FKF National Super League (NSL) side Mombasa Stars suffered a shocking exit after a 3-1 loss to Ishiara FC.

Minnows too had their day as Division Two sides Desert Scorpions and Jumbo T. Desert Scorpions faced off in a thrilling encounter at Dandora Stadium.

After exchanging leads Jumbo T rallied from behind to claim a  3-2 win  and book their place in the Round of 32.

Last season’s surprise quarterfinalists, Compel, stayed oncourse for another or perhaps dream run with a 1-0 defeat of  Green Snipers.

The round of 32 matches are scheduled March 8^th and 9^th ..
