Former Kesses Member of Parliament Dr. Swarup Mishra announced Thursday that he is “wholeheartedly” behind President William Ruto and his vision for Kenya.
Under Ruto’s leadership, Mishra says he is convinced that the country will experience an era of unprecedented growth and transformation.
“Since taking office, President Ruto has shown remarkable leadership, exemplified by his unyielding commitment to repositioning Kenya as Africa’s economic bellwether,” he said
Mishra who is also the Chairman of Mediheal Group of Hospitals noted that President Ruto’s policies offer hope to Kenyans and provide a pathway towards prosperity. He said the head of state has endeared Kenya to the world as a premier investment destination and deserves credit for this effort.
“I firmly believe that President Ruto will be remembered as one of the best presidents that Kenya has been blessed with since its independence,” he said in a statement
the former lawmaker who recently decamped to the ruling party UDA added; “I pledge my wholehearted commitment to President Ruto, his vision for Kenya, and I am prepared to serve in any capacity to ensure the realization of this vision,”
In the meantime, Mishra expressed regret over what he described as possible “past wrongdoings and missteps” during his time in politics and announced his willingness to serve President Ruto in any capacity.
“I am aware of the trust bestowed upon me, and I promise to uphold the honor, dignity, and aspirations of the Kalenjin people and all Kenyans,” he said
