82 people have tested positive from a sample size of 821 tested in the last 24 hours. 56 are male while 26 are female.

The youngest is aged 2 years while the oldest is 89 years old.

Total confirmed positive cases are now 341,886 with cumulative tests so far conducted standing at 3,944,750.

In terms of County distribution, 22 of the cases are from Siaya, Nairobi 16, Uasin Gishu 16, Kericho 10, Nakuru 6, Kilifi 3, Nyeri 3, Migori 2, Mombasa 2, Kisumu and Kiambu have 1 case each.

Distribution of positive cases by age is as follows; 0-9 years (9), 10-19 years (4), 20-29 years (18), 30-39 (17), 40-49 (17) 50-59 (6), 60 years and above (11).

119 patients have recovered from the disease, all from the Home based Care and Isolation program.

This pushes the total recoveries to 335,551 of whom 281,862 are from the HomeBased Care and Isolation program, while 53,689 are from various health facilities across the country.

No fatalities were recorded during the period under review so the cumulative fatalities remain at 5,684.

Cumulative deaths by age remain; 0-9 years (62), 10-19 years (44), 20-29 (152), 30-39 years (415), 40-49 years (654), 50-59 years (1,032), 60 years and above (3,325).

There are 25 patients currently admitted in our health facilities, while 651 are under the Home-Based Isolation and Care program. 1 other patient is on supplemental oxygen, and is in the General ward.
