Grammy-winning artist Lizzo has unveiled a teaser for her upcoming single, “Love In Real Life,” marking the beginning of a new musical era.
The announcement was accompanied by a cinematic trailer, featuring Lizzo emotionally engaging with the camera against a backdrop of haunting flute melodies. In the clip, Lizzo is seen sprawled atop a car’s hood as people walk by her. She narrates “Everything was so much simpler, and that’s exactly what I need. No views, no likes. Real love. In real life” before a guitar begins strumming.
The teaser culminates with a release date set for February 28. This will mark her return to music since taking a break in 2024.
Lizzo has hinted at significant developments, stating, “The new era has begun today.”
This forthcoming release follows her 2022 album, “Special,” which received critical acclaim and multiple Grammy nominations.
In recent months, Lizzo has expressed enthusiasm about her creative process, sharing on social media, “I’m making the BEST music of my life.”
