Miss Trudy responds to online criticism from Ugandans

Kenyan travel vlogger Miss Trudy has responded to the harsh criticism she faced from Ugandans over the weekend for what many referred to as an ignorant tweet.
Over the weekend, Miss Trudy tweeted a picture of herself at a national park in Uganda and captioned the picture expressing her surprise at the country’s game reserve and drive.
“Uganda has surprised me today! I did not know they also have a game drive in Uganda! I thought that these are only in Kenya & Tanzania We spent the evening watching Antelopes, Giraffes, zebras, warthogs, waterbucks and Hippos. Who would have thought?” Miss Trudy said.
However, her comments were not taken kindly by Ugandans who said her tweet expressed ignorance on her part, many questioning whether she thought Kenya was the only country with a game drive.
Miss Trudy finally responded to the furore with a tweet saying she was a friend and not an enemy, adding, “Let’s make love, not war.”
