“There was no beer bottle,” says Gospel artist Holy Dave after court arraignment

Gospel artist and food content creator David Muthengi better known as Holy Dave has asked Kenyans to stop judging him too quickly days after he was arraigned in court for assault.
The musician was charged with assaulting and causing bodily harm to Keem David. He pled not guilty and was released on bail.
While answering a comment on his Instagram Dave said, "Don't be too quick to judge. There was no beer bottle or any bottle involved. I’m not allowed to say anything publicly yet but the truth will come out. As for now, I will deal with your judgement and whatever abuses you want to throw at me…”
According to the police report, Holy Dave allegedly hit Keem David with a liquor bottle, leaving him with a deep cut on the left side of the face near the eye and his clothes were soaked in blood.
The singer was arrested and later released pending further investigation.
Detectives have also managed to retrieve CCTV footage which will be used as evidence in the case.
