GOT actor who played Jamie Lannister spotted in Nairobi

Danish actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, popularly known for playing Jamie “Kingslayer” Lannister on Game of Thrones has been spotted in Nairobi.
The sighting was first shared by Twitter user Gituru Mwai (@gitweeta) who posted a picture with the actor with the caption, “Has to be the most random workout partner I’ve even had.”
This is not the first time the actor has been in Kenya; in 2017, the Kingslayer visited the Kenyan capital on a two-day mission to fight poverty and promote gender equality by supporting women empowerment among other things. He had been invited by the UN in an effort to promote the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by world leaders in 2015.
While no longer starring on the globally popular series Game of Thrones which came to an end in 2019, the actor launched a true-crime podcast in 2022 called “Radioman.” He co-created the series written by Joe Derick and produced by “The X-Files” vet Frank Spotnitz and Emily Feller.
Set in a fictional Yorkshire town called Tanford, the story follows Chas, an ex-radio DJ who embarks on a mission to investigate local crimes alongside his old friend, DCI Ian Whittaker, played by “The Walking Dead” actor David Morrissey.
The podcast-within-a-podcast storyline shows the investigators using a new podcast “Crimesville” as their investigative tool as Chas grapples with betrayal, deceit, mounting pressure to solve murders and going viral on social media.
The story was inspired by Dimiter Kenarov, who told the story of his reporting about a serial killer in the article “Mask of Sanity.”
