Kenyan musician Otile Brown has been robbed at the Julius Nyerere Airport. Brown, who flew into Tanzania sometime on Tuesday, said that the police were unhelpful.

Taking to his Instagram stories, the singer said he had lost two Mac Books and that despite reporting the incident to the police, authorities had refused to be cooperative for over 3 hours. He also claimed that the Tanzanian authorities had refused to show them the CCTV footage which would have helped them find the culprit.

Earlier, the “Woman” singer had posted a video about being happy to be in Tanzania, urging the leaders of the East African communities to make it easier to buy a house within the region despite what country you come from. 

Brown recently released a new song “Do it” in collaboration with Vivian Ke.
