The Judiciary will hold an open day this morning at Milimani law courts.
The event by the Employment and Labour Relations Court will provide a platform for the court to engage with stakeholders to enhance efficiency in service delivery.
The open day is themed: “Social Transformation through Access to Justice: Stakeholder Involvement in Effective Case Management” will be presided over by Chief Justice Martha Koome.
The main aim is for court users to meet and brainstorm on how to facilitate and improve the courts’ administration of justice.
Court users include magistrates, judges, prosecutors, police, chiefs, lawyers and members of the public.
