Jubilee Insurance Group has bagged two awards at the Consumer Choice Awards Kenya 2024.
Jubilee Life Insurance and Jubilee Health Insurance were recognized as the Most Convenient Life and Health insurance companies in customer service in the country.
Speaking during the ceremony, Jubilee Insurance Group Head of Customer Experience Joel Maina said efficient customer service plays a pivotal role in shaping a company’s reputation, fostering customer loyalty and driving sustainable growth.
Maina further emphasized the critical role of customer service in driving business success.
