Seventy players are expected to feature in the NCBA golf series grand finale scjeduled 9th December at the Muthaiga Golf Club,Nairobi.

Players who earned their slots in the finale after posting impressive results in the preliminary rounds will converge at the par   71 course.

The playing field comprises five top finishers – Division One, Division Two, Division Three, Junior, and Ladies’ categories winners - from each of the 14 amateur events.

The golfers will compete for the Series’ ultimate prize – a fully-paid trip to the Fancourt Golf Course in South Africa.

"We are really excited about our Grand Finale this Friday which will be a culmination of what has been a very exciting golf series. Going by the success of last year’s series, we expected this year’s edition to be even better and we are glad that it has lived up to that expectation. The competition from the qualifying rounds has been stiff with golfers taking up the opportunity to showcase their golfing prowess and there has been a general improvement from last year’s performances,” said John Gachora the NCBA Managing director.

The Series, which teed off in February at the Railways Golf Club, has seen the participation of over 2,400 golfers taking part across 16 participating golf clubs around the country.
