Four people have lost their lives in a grisly road accident at Isinya, Kajiado County involving a 40-passenger capacity bus ferrying workers of a flower firm.
According to eyewitnesses, the bus which was speeding lost control and rolled several times killing four occupants on the spot while scores were injured.
Confirming the incident, Isinya Sub County Police Commander Patrick Manyasi who termed the incident as unfortunate said the injured were rushed to Kajiado referral hospital.
He urged all road users to be cautious and avoid cases of speeding to avoid avoidable accidents.
Locals who rushed to assist decried an increase in accidents at the area saying the road lacks signage and speed bumps along the stretch.
The bus normally ferries workers to and from the Ngong Veg flower farm and usually makes two trips in the morning and evening.
