The national women’s soccer team Harambee Starlets departs today evening,6.00PM, for Tunisia ahead of their reverse fixture of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup Of Nations against the hosts scheduled Wednesday February 26th in Sousse.

Starlets head coach Beldine Odemba faces an uphill task of clinching a win away after a drab draw at home last Friday.

‘’It’s going to be a different game when you play home and play away,When we go to Tunisia they are going to open the game, tactically we are better than them and we will be going for goals’’ spoke during post-match interview.

Should Harambee Starlets advance, they will face the winner between Niger and Gambia—bringing them one step closer to securing a spot in the 2026 WAFCON, which would mark their second appearance in the tournament in a decade.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 4PM East Africa Time and will be played at Stade Olympique de Sousse.
