Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki has affirmed that the government will not spare cattle rustlers and criminals in the country.
Speaking at Kithirune Methodist church in Imenti Central sub-county in Meru during a fundraiser for the construction of a new church building, the bitter CS gave a stern warning to cattle rustlers who are stealing livestock from Meru saying that their days are numbered.
On what seems to his repeated speech, Kindiki was categorical that police officers should use their government firearms to shoot and kill any criminal.
On Kenya’s mission to Haiti, CS Kindiki said that deployment of Kenya police officers to Haiti was a request by the UN security committee where Kenya has been honored in peace mission.
The CS said that the whole process of taking Kenya police officers will follow due process where both the National assembly and the Senate will be involved.
