UDA disciplinary committee has summoned Kericho County Assembly Speaker Patrick Mutai for failing to guide the house last Friday thereby causing confusion and violence two days ago. 

In a video that has since gone viral, the MCAs were seen engaging in a physical fight and throwing chairs at each other as they disagreed over house leadership.

The UDA party’s disciplinary committee has summoned the Kericho county assembly speaker to appear to respond to complaints filed against him.

The county assembly speaker is accused of failing to guide the assembly in giving effect to the party’s direction on the leadership positions thereby causing confrontations.

UDA party leader President William Ruto has issued a stern warning to Kericho MCAs over the matter.
