Nairobi County Deputy Governor Njoroge Muchiri and Acting County Secretary Patrick Analo are currently leading a 90-day Revenue Rapid Results Initiative (RRI) review program exercise.

During this exercise, all Nairobi City County Government (NCCG) Sectors are required to prepare a 90-day RRI work plan on revenue mobilization aimed at closing the performance gap.

Each sector will be required to indicate its respective revenue target for FY 23/24 as well as highlight its revenue-raising measures, focusing on quick wins that translate to immediate results.

Teams will be identified to spearhead the exercise and cascade the targets to respective staff.

Daily reporting by sectors on revenue collection is mandatory, and review meetings shall be conducted every two weeks to track performance.
