Fans of American R&B artiste Chris Brown were left stunned after tickets for the artiste’s December concert in South Africa sold out in under two hours.
The 35-year-old singer is set to hold the concert dubbed ‘Live in Johanessburg, Breezy in South Africa’ at the FNB stadium in South Africa on December 14 & 15.
Initially, the singer had only scheduled one date for the tour but following the ticket sale rush, added a second date to the tour.
Tickets for the first concert date were made available on October 1 and the rush to acquire tickets saw the website, Ticket Master, crash momentarily as fans flocked to the site to place their orders.
Many netizens have taken to social media to comment on the singer’s popularity noting that he is one of very few artistes who have managed to sell out the FNB Stadium which is currently Africa’s largest stadium.
