Over 100 key players from the e-commerce industry converged in Nairobi to celebrate excellence in digital commerce. The annual Kenya E-commerce Awards honor the top contributors in the digital commerce space.

Brighter Monday was voted as the best recruitment agency during this year’s award. The company has been dedicated to revolutionizing the recruitment process through the empowerment of job seekers, the provision of exceptional service to employers countrywide, and digital innovation.

Speaking during the award-giving ceremony, Brighter Monday’s Head of Marketing and Communication, Erick Wafula, expressed his gratitude for the accolade.

He noted that the award is a testament to the company’s response to the change in the market and its recent efforts.

This year, the company will continue with the optimization of technology to meet the needs of its users, especially in automated CV services and job recommendations.

It has also incorporated AI solutions into matchmaking between employees and employers, bridging the unemployment gap.
He also pointed out that AI enhances the protection of its clients data and ensures they don’t fall victim to cyber attacks amid rising cases of cyber insecurities and breaches of data protection policies.

Wafula urged companies to embrace technological advances as they enhance the detection of fraud, monitor transactions, and detect anomalies, ensuring safety in business transactions.

Dennis Githinji, Head of Operations and customer experience, assured employers that Brighter Monday will always make it swift for them to access the best talents, and job seekers have been assured to be provided with opportunities that perfectly suit their profiles.

According to Esther Irungu, the social media and community lead for Brighter Monday, the integration of AI into e-commerce will transform the operation of businesses and how consumers shop.
