The Kenya women’s amputee football team will face Colombia Sunday morning in the semi finals of the on-going Women’s Amputee Football World cup in Colombia.
The Kenyan team beat Ukraine 1-0 in the quarter finals to book a last four place against Colombia as the USA beat England 2-1 to book their last four place against Poland who beat Ecuador 1-0 .
Colombia beat Peru 4-0 in the remaining quarter final match .
The Kenya Women’s Amputee team progressed to the knockout stages of the World cup after an unbeaten run in Group B where they beat England 1-0 and Peru 2-0 after a goalless draw with Haiti.
