The inaugural Nairobi Education Conference kicks off Thursday morning in Nairobi County.
The Conference, which has been organized by the Ministry of Education, Regional Director of Education in collaboration with other partners in the education sector, aims at identifying and discussing the challenges that hold back the realisation of inclusive quality education in the region.
Cabinet Secretary for Education Ezekiel Machogu will open the conference at the Kenya Institute for Special Education (KISE) in Kasarani sub-county.
It will be held under the auspices of the theme: Revitalizing quality education in Nairobi: make education work for children in Nairobi.
