The Directorate of Criminal Investigation says they still remain steadfast in their efforts to identify and apprehend more suspects behind the attacks during last week’s President William Ruto’s Nairobi development tour.

However, the 38 suspects arrested for alleged lawlessness during the President’s tour will be arraigned this morning.

DCI in a statement said the suspects were arrested for terrorizing innocent members of the public along Thika Highway, Waiyaki Way and Jogoo Road.

During the crackdown, seven motorcycles and several mobile phones were recovered and are securely detained as exhibits.

The suspects will face various charges, including robbery with violence, preparation to commit a felony and obstruction.
